Prince Peter of Greece reportedly visited Gen. and Mrs. Earl Anderson of Atlanta and Sandestin.

South Walton residents were angry that their three-year quest to have toll-free dialing between South Walton, Destin and Fort Walton Beach had again been deferred.

20 years ago — 1994

Emerald Coast Motor Sports allowed to continue operating despite neighbors’ objections, according to Board of Adjustments decision.
