Walton County Dixie League officially kicked-off its season during Saturday's opening ceremony at Helen McCall Park.
More than 300 anxious youngsters donned their baseball garb and lined the fields on a warm, breezy day.
The little sluggers were treated to inflatable rides, courtesy of Space Walk of Crestview/Ft. Walton Beach, and mouth-watering BBQ from 98 Bar-B-Que.
District 5 Commissioner Cecilia Jones was in attendance to throw out the first pitch.
