Formerly without, WaterSound Beach now has a salon and spa to call its own.

Sanabella Spa & Salon opened March 17 at the front of its main gate, offering a full team of stylists and technicians to resort dwellers, visitors, and locals.

Sanabella is a full-service spa and salon offering a wide range of hair, nail, skin care, body treatments, and massage therapy services and products, said owner/operator Pam Gonzalez.

"Our primary goal is to make sure the guest experience is second to none. Our facilities and equipment are brand new and have been custom designed with the comfort and relaxation of our guests in mind," she said.

Sanabella's treatment rooms are tastefully decorated and offer state-of-the-art equipment and have a private entrance separated from the salon with sound-insulated walls and shower facilities. Couples massages are available, along with champagne, water, mimosas, and juice.

Sanabella uses Prana skin care products, an organic natural skin-care line, and Je Veux hair product line that incorporates Dead Sea minerals from Israel .

Gonzalez had never owned a spa previously, but could not find the type of salon she was used to in Tallahassee . When she met hairstylist Mandy Adams, a collaboration was formed.
