Survivors include her husband of almost 47 years, Oliver D. Kingsley, Jr., Birmingham, and Blue Mountain Beach; daughters and sons-in-law, Amy Kingsley Hayworth and Dr. Joel S. Hayworth, Auburn, Betsey Kingsley Johns and Jonathan C. Johns, Montgomery; and daughter, Abby Yeaman Kingsley, Birmingham; son and daughter-in-law, Benjamin Oliver Kingsley and Brittany Lauren Kingsley, Birmingham; grandchildren, Luke K. Hayworth, Samuel B. Hayworth, William O. Hayworth, Jacob M. Johns, and Kingsley Anne Johns; her twin sister and brother-in-law, Susan Yeaman McCall and Richard T. McCall; her brother, James O. Yeaman; her sister-in-law, Carroll K. Davie; and seven nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Kingsley’s family would like to thank the pastors of Riverchase United Methodist Church, the members of the P.E.O. Chapter AK/AL and her devoted caregiver Pollyn Maseti for her loving support. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brain Tumor Center at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, P.O. The family will receive friends at 1:30 p.m. June 3 at Riverchase United Methodist Church, Birmingham. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3 p.m., officiated by Dr. Jim Savage and the Rev. John Ray. 

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. June 5 at the Claybank Cemetery in Ozark, Ala.,, officiated by the Rev. Spencer Turnipseed. All friends and family should meet at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Ozark for the processional to Claybank Cemetery.
