Seascape resort is home to “the number one locals bar in Miramar beach.” Cabana Café, located poolside on the ground floor of Ariel Dunes, started as a restaurant but has become so much more.

“Initially, I built a restaurant with a bar as a waiting area,” said Wayne Anderson, owner of Cabana Café. “But now, it’s a bar that serves food. We offer live music seven nights a week during the summer, a fully-stocked bar, and we’re open till 2:00 a.m.”

And although the place has become a late-night hangout, Anderson says it’s the food and the great staff that keep customers coming back.

“We’re a whole-food restaurant,” he said. “We make everything from scratch. Nothing is pre-frozen, and we offer the highest quality of food you can get. And our service is unmatched. We have a great staff — they have a following — people come back for them.”

The stage in Cabana Café is home to many local musicians. Anderson said he thinks it’s important to support local talent, and the customers agree.

“Some nights, if you don’t get here an hour before the show, you won’t get a seat,” he said. “We offer all the fun and entertainment you can handle around here. We book a lot of local talent, which is really important. These locals support us and we like to support them.”

Cabana Café is located at 112 Seascape Blvd. in Miramar Beach . You can find more information on their website or follow them on Twitter at @Cabanacafe.
