For more than 25 years, Fernando and Holly Guarachi have been heading up the tennis programs at Seascape Resort and with great success.

"We feel like more people have moved in that play tennis," Holly said.

"When they built the high-rises it brought in a new feeling," Fernando said, but it's still a family-oriented resort.

Seascape boasts eight clay courts that are open to the public.

"We do have a limited amount of outside memberships available," Fernando said.

Nevertheless, "You don't have to live on the resort to play here," Holly said.

Every Monday through Saturday from 9-11 a.m. Seascape offers a mixed doubles round robin.
