Coach Dan Dalrymple, who has been the head strength and conditioning coach for the NFL New Orleans Saints for eight years, volunteered some of his vacation time to talk to some South Walton, Emerald Coast and Seaside athletes about proper nutrition, conditioning and commitment to work outs.

"It was very beneficial for our kids," said South Walton Football Coach Phil Tisa.

Tisa said Dalrymple had a look at what his team has been doing in the weight room. "He liked what we were doing," Tisa added.

About 30 youth and a few parents turned out for the talk that lasted about two hours.

Afterwards the boys all begged to see his Super Bowl ring.
