Mr. Michael Lane Williams, 47, went to be with his Lord Sept. 2, 2013, after a lengthy illness. He was born Jan. 22, 1966, in Fredericksburg, Va., to William A. Williams and Frances Harding Williams.

Mr. Williams was a resident of Walton County for 24 years moving from Virginia. He was Baptist by faith and a member of the National Rifle Association.
