Tim Creehan's Cuvee Bistro is now open for lunch! Creehan recently held soft openings over several days for loyal customers to try his and Executive Chef Damiano Schiano's new menu featuring authentic Italian cuisine. Schiano hails from Porto Santo Stefano, Italy, where he honed his culinary craft before coming to The States. He moved to the Gulf Coast to be close to family. His signature dish is Linguine Damiano, which is quite tasty, and several new wines of Italian vintage have been added to their wine list, which just received the 2013 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Pam Wellborn, Denise Creehan, Peter and Terri Bos, Laurie Beck, Joe Bonano, and Tom Patton were some who were on the VIP list.
