As we move eastward along South Walton's beach communities this summer, I got a rare treat last week as I was escorted behind WaterSound's gates and given a personal tour. I must say it is truly breathtakingly beautiful there. I enjoyed a delightful visit with Micheline and Tony Riggio as they showed me around their beautiful home and its setting.

Last Saturday was a great day for cruising yard sales up and down 30A and I found two cool ones. I took a bunch of books off Mary Lutz's hands at hers. And at the second one I really came across a treasure in a 1971 edition of "Southern Living" magazine with an article on and interview with The Bear. For all of you still wet behind the ears, that would be Bear Bryant. Yes!
