Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is starting this holiday season with a sparkling event.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Sandestin plan to spread holiday cheer with the “Sparkling Wines and Holiday Lights” event, presented by the Sandestin Wine Festival, on Saturday, Nov. 17 from 4-7 p.m.

Enjoy the fall weather during the event, which will feature more than 30 champagnes and delicious appetizers at various restaurants throughout the Village.

The sound of live music and carolers will be sure to put guests in the holiday spirit. The night will end with the first tree lighting of the season and the village’s choreographed light show, 12 Nights of Lights.

The Sandestin Wine Festival has become a favorite event for thousands of guests each spring. This holiday event will be the first of a series of events as part of the Sandestin Wine Festival and will build upon this well-respected tradition.

The champagne and sparkling wines that will be poured hail from places like California, Italy, France, Spain, and Australia. Participants include Domaine Ste. Michelle Blanc de Blanc, Moet and Chandon Imperial Brut, Mondoro Asti Spumante, Sofia Coppola Blanc de Blanc, Ferrari Brut, Gloria Ferrer Brut, Veuve Clicquot “Yellow Label” Brut, Mumm Napa, J Cuvee 20, Roederer Brut, Nicolas Feuillatte Rose, Pommery Brut Rose, Simonnet Feb/Vre Cremmant, Mionetto Prosecco, Jacobs Creek Brut Rose, Perrier Jouet Grand Brut, Chandon Cuvee Riche, Segura Viudas, Cavit “Lunetta” Prosecco, Simonnet Rose, and Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Noirs.
