Lenten schedule

St. Rita Catholic Church, 137 Molly Drive in Santa Rosa Beach, will hold daily Mass at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 11, 12, 14 and 15 and Mass at 8:30 a.m., noon and 5:15 p.m. Ash Wednesday. Stations of the Cross will take place at 7 p.m. Fridays during Lent.

Christ the King Mission, 15542 U.S. Hwy. 331 S in Freeport will hold Mass at 7 p.m. Ash Wednesday; Stations of the Cross at 5:30 p.m. Fridays during Lent; and Confessions at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 22 and March 8.

The Gathering

The Gathering at Sandestin, a non-denominational Christian worship service, meets weekly at 10 a.m. in the Terrace Room of the Linkside Conference Center in the Sandestin Resort. David Seering, worship leader, and Billy Gray, pastor, lead the service.

Seering is a local entertainer who has performed for the military, three presidents, and a multitude of recording stars, not to mention many local events and charities. Gray is head of Billy Gray Ministries, a global missionary group that brings the Word of Christ to people all over the world.

Upper Room Morning Worship

Gather in the “upper room” upstairs at Marlin Grill in The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at 9 a.m. each Sunday for an interdenominational morning service of teaching, praise and worship. Dress is casual. Call 543-4382.
