St. Agatha’s Breakfast: Breakfast Cooked to Order will be held from 7-11 a.m. in the Parish Hall at St. Agatha’s Episcopal Church, 150 Circle Drive in DeFuniak Springs. Earth Day: Biophilia’s Annual Earth Day Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Freeport. Events include music by the Wildlife Specialists, festival foods, environmental demos and exhibits, World of Wonder, live animal programs, arts and crafts, local vendors, nature hikes, a children’s garden, bounce house, games, face painting and more. Walton County Aviators: The EAA Chapter, Walton County Aviators #1548, will meet at 10 a.m. in the DeFuniak Springs airport FBO facility. People interested in aviation and in joining the Chapter are welcome to attend. 

General Conference: The General Conference for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1-3 p.m. April 5 and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3-5 p.m. April 6. Assembly: Jehovah’s Witnesses will attend a special assembly beginning at 9:40 a.m. April 5 and 6 at the Marina Civic Center in Panama City. Americana Under The Stars: Bring a chair, a beverage and enjoy the music of Larry Mangum at 7 p.m. April 10 in the amphitheater at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, hosted by Lucky Mud. Sandestin Wine Festival: The 28th Annual Sandestin Wine Festival will take place April 10-13 at Baytowne Wharf. Four days of unique events open up a wide range of experiences from attending wine dinners with celebrity chefs, participating in preview events throughout the year, and taking part in wine tastings that showcase hundreds of wines.

Grab a Fork, Lend a Hand

The Second Annual Grab a Fork, Lend a Hand, an international tasting fair, will be held at 6 p.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church’s Parish Life Center in Niceville to benefit Catholic Charities. The event will feature food from around the world, as well as Cajun and classic American favorites. Prices for each food item range from $1 to $5 with all proceeds benefitting Catholic Charities’ Fort Walton Beach regional office, which serves Okaloosa and Walton counties. Call 737-0864.
