For anyone looking to purchase real estate along the Emerald Coast, The Premier Property Group has you covered.

The boutique real estate firm has doubled its offices and agents in the past two years adding office locations in Grand Boulevard and Kelly Plantation, expanding their reach beyond 30A and into the Destin market.

"Every area is so unique and there are good values everywhere," said Jo Stewart, a Realtor in the Grand Boulevard office.

In each location, brokers and Realtors not only sell the lifestyle, but they live it. Stewart herself lives in Sandestin, where she primarily sells.

"I live, work and play here," Stewart said. "It's nice to offer that expertise."

Agents at all of The Premier Property Group locations agree that now is a great time to purchase a second home or investment property.

"As a whole, real estate prices have gone up 17 percent, that speaks volumes on the investment," said Erin Oden, Broker Agent at the WaterColor office. "Rental income is ticking up. Getting a return on property investments is very attractive. Everybody is looking to get as close to the sand as possible."

"It's slowly turning in to a seller's market right now," said Grady Elder, Broker Associate and Manager at The Premier Property Group Destin office in Kelly Plantation. "Inventory is getting lower."

As the summer sun starts to roll in, Realtor Karen Wagner, who has worked out of the WaterColor office for 15 years, projects strong sales in the new season.

"After all of the bad weather during spring break, the summer has to be better," she said. "As the economy continues to improve in key feeder markets Texas, Nashville and Louisiana we should be getting more visitors. The market has changed for the positive with prices up 27 percent in WaterColor and absorption rate is down. It's a seller's market."

The Premier Property Group builds relationships with clients and works together as a team to ensure client satisfaction. It's no wonder the firm is the top-ranked brokerage in Destin and South Walton for real estate sales, according to its website. Company-wide for the first quarter of 2014, The Premier Property Group closed $65,675,212 in residential sales and more than $280,000,000 in 2013.

"First and foremost, we have a strong group of Realtors who are an enthusiastic and professional group to work with," Stewart said.

Realtor Scott Markowitz has been with The Premier Property Group since 2008. One of his favorite parts of the jobs, he said, is building relationships with clients.

"I've been around long enough now, just by talking on the phone, I can zero in on the opportunities our clients are looking for," he said.

A huge resource to both clients and The Premier Property Group team is the firm's innovative use of technology with a newly designed, user-friendly website and even a smartphone app for iPhone and Android users.

"Buyers now seem to be a lot more sophisticated when it comes to searching for listings," said Elder. "It's a wonderful tool to be able to show clients listings."

Now's a great time to fall in love with a new or second home along the Emerald Coast.

"I am working equally with customers seeking resales and buying lots to build upon as land resources are limited," said Janet Murphy, Realtor with The Premier Property Group's Seacrest office. "They are realizing now is the time to seize that opportunity. Four of my closings in 2014 were lots. I predict that we will see a trend in tear-downs and rebuilds in the coming year going forward."

"You can't go wrong buying a slice of paradise," added Markowitz.
