Along comes fall. Along come cooler temperatures on the Emerald Coast. Usher in “Cool-Aid,” and come to Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast’s Atrium Gallery for a local art show and sell. The exhibit opens Friday, Sept. 4, and continues until Oct. 30. The public is invited to enjoy the art from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. every day. Meet the artists and enjoy refreshments and music from 5:30-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25.

In conjunction with Sacred Heart Hospital Arts in Medicine (AIM), Lowklyzart has selected 35 works of art from both renowned and emerging artists from Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Lowkylzart is a unique concept which brings together artists, charities and businesses in the community. Businesses benefit from having art available, artists benefit from the increased exposure and charities benefit from the sale of art with donations.

Artists featured in the “Cool-Aid” art show include Mary Zahner, Cheryl Gray, Russell Ferris, Jamie Conley, Kay Richoux, Bobbi Henson, Liza Snyder, Joanna Ellington, Shelley Blackman, Lisa Bradford, Kel Coleman, Linda Kernick, Allison Wickey, Suzanne LeLoup-West, Carol Dickson, Helga Letourneau, Carol Ann Cain, Debbie Baker, Joan Vienot, Tammy Pruett, Faye Ward, Juan Francisco Adaro, Melissa Mercer Brown, Judy Dewar, Marian Pacsuta, Charlotte Arnold, Lee Ann Kean and Lori Drew. All artwork promises to be cool and are available for purchase. Collectors making purchases will receive a free gift, and benefits the hospital’s AIM program.
