Splash or Treat at GulfScarium: Friends and family are welcome to visit the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, 1010 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach, after hours from 4-6 p.m. on Halloween. Trick or treat at the park alongside marine life, and enjoy a special dolphin and sea lion show. Admission is $5 for children in costume ages 3-12 and adults are free. Halloween Kids Family Night: Get in costume and take your family to Chik-fil-A in Destin or Niceville. At the Niceville location, 1348 E. John Sims Parkway, children in costume will receive a free four-piece kid’s meal from 4-8 p.m. At the Destin location, 1063 Highway 98 E., children will receive a free four-piece kid’s meal with the purchase of an adult meal from 3-10 p.m. Kids in costume will receive a free IceDream cone.
Halloween on the BOOlevard: Families and kids are invited to trick-or-treat throughout the Town Center at “Halloween on the Boolevard” 4-7 p.m. Oct. 31 at Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, 495 Grand Boulevard, Miramar Beach. Halloween Night at AJ’s: Head to AJ’s Seafood and Oyster Bar, 116 Harbor Boulevard, in Destin for a night of Halloween partying. Children dressed in costume will eat free from 5-7 p.m. The Fishing Rodeo will conclude with weigh-ins and fireworks. Flow Tribe will perform at 8 p.m. on the Jumbotron Stage. The S.I.N. Halloween costume contest is upstairs at Club Bimini after 10 p.m.
Trick-or-Treat Street: Take trick-or-treating to the next level with the Village of Baytowne Wharf’s Trick-or-Treat Street event from 6-8 p.m. Halloween in The Village of Baytowne Wharf, 9300 Baytowne Wharf Boulevard, Miramar Beach. Participating merchants will hand out treats to costumed children. A DJ will play Halloween tunes. After the candy, enjoy face-painting, balloon animals, a fly-board show and a fireworks display at 8 p.m. Visit baytownewharf.com.
RoshamBeatles Halloween Party: Green Door Music Hall and RoshamBeatles, a Beatles tribute band, invites you to a Halloween party with a costume contest. Doors open at 6 p.m., show starts at 9 p.m. Oct. 31 at Green Door Music Hall, 158 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach. If you come dressed like a member of The Beatles, you will get in free. Tricks & Treasures: The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island will host the 2nd Annual “Tricks & Treasures at The Boardwalk” from 5-8 p.m. Oct. 31. This free family-friendly event will feature trick-or-treating, live entertainment, and kid’s activities. Entertainment by Captain Davy and the Crossbones will include pirate shenanigans, music, storytelling, balloon animals, and a kids’ costume contest. Witches of South Walton: The Witches of South Walton, an organization dedicated to supporting the Children’s Volunteer Health Network, will host the 14th Annual Witch Ride at 6:30 a.m. Oct. 31. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 the morning of the ride, which includes a charity bike ride from Gulf Place to Stinky’s Fish Camp and ends with a Gathering Brunch at La Playa in Gulf Place.
