The Young Professionals of Walton County (YPWC) will host its second “Rise & Grind” Breakfast Series at 8 a.m. July 12 at The Market Shops of Sandestin, 9375 U.S. Hwy. 98 W. in Miramar Beach.

YPWC invites members and non-members to learn “How You Can Profit from Investing in Local Charities We Love a ‘Latte.’”

The hour-long networking event gives young professionals the opportunity to meet with leaders from some of the area's non-profits and learn about their initiatives and needs. Confirmed non-profits include:

• Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast

• Distinguished Young Women of Walton County

• Fore Her Inc.

• H.E.A.R.T

• Point Washington Medical Clinic

• Sinfonia Gulf Coast

• South Walton Academy

• SoWal Community Chaplin

• Waves Ministry Inc.

Cost to attend is $5 for members and $10 for non-members and includes coffee and light breakfast fare by Amavida Coffee, plus complimentary headshots by Epic Photo Co. in their airstream. Space is limited to the first 50 registrants. Register in advance at
