Newman-Dailey Resort Properties was recently named one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For.

Specializing in property management, vacation rentals, long term rentals, real estate sales, and association management, NewmanDailey ranked number 18 on the list of the best mid-size companies to work for in Florida. The annual Best Companies list is featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. The annual feature ranks 100 companies in small, medium and large employer categories.

“We are honored to remain on the ‘best companies to work for’ list for the third consecutive year,” said Newman-Dailey Founder and CEO Jeanne Dailey. “In the hospitality industry, staff retention can be challenging, and hospitality and customer service must be a top priority. Our team is so incredible. Many of our staff members have been with us more than a decade and have contributed to creating a supportive culture that celebrates teamwork and success.”

To participate, companies or government entities had to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

"Employers we speak with talk a lot about how workplaces are changing and how young employees expectations are changing," said Florida Trend Publisher Executive Editor Mark Howard. "For the Best Companies issue this year, we spoke with new hires and got their perspectives on what attracted them to the companies where they now work and what they now like best about their workplaces. One key concern that young workers talk about is whether the company seems to care about more than their academic record and technical qualifications."

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey and analysis and determined the final rankings. For a list of the 100 Best Companies To Work For In Florida, go to
