The Coastal Seniors of South Walton (CSSW) have announced their January workshop for 11 a.m. Jan. 15 at 70 Logan Lane in Santa Rosa Beach.
Amy P. Mullins, a family and consumer sciences extension agent and registered dietitian, will provide a demonstration on Healthy Eating for the New Year.
Mullins provides educational programming for the University of Florida, Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences and Leon County Extension, in the areas of nutrition, health and wellness, food safety, and food preservation. Mullins has a bachelor's degree in health science education from the University of Florida as well as bachelor's and master's degrees in food and nutrition from Florida State University.
