Freedom Ryder Zobrist, 38, of Pensacola, was arrested on several charges.
Sheriff’s deputies say 38-year-old woman dropped her pants and danced half-naked in a Waffle House parking lot in Pensacola Monday afternoon.
Before doing that, the restaurant manager reported, she threatened to shoot everyone and, confronting him in the parking lot, tried to grab his genitals, according to an Escambia County Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit. Then she leaned forward and licked the manager on both sides of his face.
A witness in the parking lot corroborated the manager’s account.
Freedom Ryder Zobrist, of Pensacola, was arrested on disorderly conduct, battery, assault and two counts of lewd and indecent exposure.
The manager — whose name was not disclosed — told deputies that when he arrived for work at the restaurant, at 6913 Pensacola Blvd., Zobrist was trespassing there and he asked her to leave. She ran off, leaving her belongings, and he put them behind the restaurant.
At about 12:15 p.m., she returned and was sitting at the back door berating the manager. She “repeatedly advised him that she was going to retrieve a firearm and shoot him in the face and all of his employees and everyone in the store,” the affidavit states.
That’s when Zobrist pulled down her pants — exposing her genitals — and began dancing around the parking lot.
There were children in the Waffle House who witnessed the incident, the report states. But they left before deputies arrived.
