US Attorney sets 2 p.m. press conference today for full announcement, more indictments expected
Former Lynn Haven City Manager Michael White and David Horton, the city’s community services director have been taken into custody by federal authorities along with three people who had business contracts with the city.

Joshua Anderson, the owner of Greenleaf Lawn Care of Bay County, and David White and Shannon Rodriguez, both associated with a business called Erosion Control Specialist, have also been indicted, federal documents show.

Court records also indicate that vehicles and construction equipment were seized as the indictments were served. Vehicles seized include a 2019 Dodge Ram Pickup, a 2019 Dodge Ram Hell Cat, a 2016 Dodge Ram Pickup, a 2018 Ford truck and a 2013 Kenworth Dump Truck.

Two 2005 Oshko Concrete Mixers were also seized, records show.
The U.S. Attorneys Office has scheduled a news conference for 2 p.m. in Panama City today to announce indictments handed down for public corruption. Panama City Sheriff Tommy Ford will attend the press conference.
