After trailing 5-0, Emerald Coast Chiropractic came back to post an 8-6 victory over Team Boggy in the Coed Division II Softball League at Morgan Sports Center.


Going into the bottom of the third inning, Chiropractic was trailing 5-0. However, they rallied the bats and knocked in seven runs to take the lead.


In the top of the fourth, Boggy scored one run to close it down.


In the fifth, neither team scored.


With time running out in the sixth inning, Boggy failed to score and Chiropractic scored one last run.


Tom Bassillo doubled and hit three singles for an RBI for Chiropractic. Evan Groth doubled and singled for an RBI and Tabitha Gaydos belted an inside the park home run for three RBIs.


Tate DeShong was tops for Team Boggy with two home runs for five RBIs. Will Davis hit a double.


HarborWalk Marina 14, Ace in the Hole 11


HarborWalk started strong and then held on to post the softball win.


In the first inning, both teams put up one run.


In the bottom of the second, HarborWalk took charge of the game with the 10-run limit. They picked up one more run in the third.


Ace scored one in the fourth and then four runs in the fifth. HarborWalk brought in two last runs in the bottom of the fifth.


In the top of the seventh, Ace made one last push scoring five runs.


Chris Poole led HarborWalk with four singles for two RBIs. Teresa Imdieke hit three singles for two RBIs, and Brian Martinez doubled and singled for four RBIs.


Andy Collins was tops for Ace with a triple, two doubles and a single for an RBI. Robbie Overly connected for three singles for an RBI and Nikki Stewart singled for an RBI.
