1. Gingerbread Workshop

Kids can create their own gingerbread house with Abrakadoodle while mom and dad finish the shopping and the wrapping at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 23 Rise Dance Center, 4489 Commons Drive W in Destin.

2. Ugly Sweater Party

Wear your ugly/tacky holiday gear to the Christmas Adam Ugly Sweater Party w/Luke Langford and 331 South from 7:30-10:30 p.m. Dec. 23 at Redd's Fueling Station, 2320 W County Hwy. 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Prizes will be given for worst (or best) outfits. Leave the kids at home for this one, and prepare to party. Call 325-0252 for dinner reservations for four or more.

3. Annual Chanukah Menorah Lighting

A grand menorah lighting takes place at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 26 on the main stage at HarborWalk Village. Enjoy hot latkes and donuts, Chanukah music and kids activities. For more information visit www.chabademeraldcoast.org.
