1. Porchfest

The second annual Watersound Origins Porchfest will be held from 3-6 p.m. Oct. 7 throughout Watersound Origins on the front porches and lawns of the community. Stroll the community while listening to live music from Huck and Lilly, the Scott Rockwood Trio, and Kyle Lamonica. Food, beer and wine will be available for purchase. Bring chairs, coolers, and blankets. The event is free and open to the public.

2. Baytowne Wharf Beer Festival

Roll out the barrel and discover unique suds and ales at the 11th annual Baytowne Wharf Beer Festival at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Hours are 6-8 p.m. Oct. 12 with local beer tastings and music by the Forrest Williams Band. VIP event from 1-2 p.m. Oct. 13 at Marlin Grill features exclusive beer tastings and food. The main event, the Craft Beer Tasting, is from 2-6 p.m. Oct. 13 in the Events Plaza at Baytowne Wharf with live music by The Modern Eldorados from 2-4 p.m. and Gold & Motion from 4-6 p.m. Purchase tickets at baytowne.xorbia.com/.

3. Rockin' on the Lawn

The charity music festival Rockin’ on the Lawn, will be held from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village, 4323 Commons Drive W in Destin. The event, benefiting South Walton Academy, will feature the Luke Langford Band, Atlas Lost, Catalyst, and more. Enjoy music, bounce houses, face painting, food and beverages.
