Jessica Waites and Stephen Stroop were chosen as the South Walton High School 2014 Homecoming Queen and King during halftime of Friday's football game with Freeport. Waites is the daughter of Jerome and Toon Waites.  She’s been active in Student Government, National Honor Society, Anchor Club, Leadership and Grill Team.  She enjoys working and spending time with friends and family.  Jessica plans to attend college and study veterinary medicine or business. Stroop is the son of Mark and Martha Stroop.  He has played Seahawk baseball and basketball and is a captain of the Grill Team. He is active in the Point Washington United Methodist Church Youth Group.  He plans to attend UCF to study business.
