The lawn on the east side of the property has been expanded and refreshed to host festivals, concerts and other special events in the future. Built in 1985, this is the first renovation that the 52,000 square foot center has ever undergone.

Current merchants at the Market Shops include Baytowne Jewelers, Bijoux, Destin Luxury Real Estate & Rental, Favori Gift Boutique, Jewel Toffier, Market Shops Nails & Spa, Sirens Lingerie & Swim, Sunset Shoes, SRE, Village Boutique and Wyland Galleries.
