Café Boulud in Palm Beach restaurant will feature a special three-course prix fixe dinner. Choices for the first course include duck and fig terrine, gazpacho verde, or lobster salad topped with walnuts, basil and mizuna. Options for the main course include truffle braised chicken, filet mignon with sweet potato and Meyer lemon spaghetti with caviar. Dessert choices are shared petits fours along with other options. Dinner is served from 5 to 10 p.m. Cost is $138 per person.

WEST PALM BEACH
Galley, inside the Hilton West Palm Beach, is offering a four-course prix fixe meal for two. Menu choices include shrimp ceviche, burrata & tomato, grilled beef strip loin served with root vegetable and chimichurri, or seafood linguine with salmon and calamari paired with a glass of wine. Dessert is flan with dulce de leche. Dinner is served from 5 to 11 p.m. Cost is $125 per couple.

The Restaurant at the Norton is offering a Valentine’s Day tasting menu. The four-course dinner menu includes truffle brie toast with shaved Italian truffles, warm brie and maitake mushrooms served on Sullivan Street sesame bread; seared scallop with bowfin caviar; filet mignon au poivre served with a side of crispy fingerling potatoes and strawberry-covered chocolate, quenelle of pot de creme with strawberry foam. The cost is $85 per person with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $35. Dinner is served from 5 to 9 p.m.

Morton’s The Steakhouse is offering several Valentine’s Day specials from Feb. 10 to Feb. 16, it will feature the “Love Candy” cocktail made with Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit Rosé, Passoa Passion Fruit liquor, simple syrup, lemon and grapefruit juice topped with Chandon Brut for $17. Also featured is a raspberry-white chocolate mousse for $14. And from Feb. 8 to 15, a special 8-ounce filet steak lobster Oscar is available for $59.

Truluck's on Fourth Avenue South in downtown Naples made Tripadvisor's list of 100 most romantic restaurants in America for 2020. It's one of 13 locations for the chain, which has two other Florida restaurants: in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.The Naples restaurant opened in 2004 and serves a menu of locally sourced seafood, including seasonal Florida stone crabs, pre-cracked for convenience. It's ranked No. 23 out of 656 restaurants in Naples, according to Tripadvisor.

These features will be available all Valentine's Day weekend long, from Friday through Sunday, Feb. 16. The Fish House will offer special Valentine's lunch and dinner menus curated by Chef de Cuisine John Huggins from Thursday, Feb. 13 through that Sunday. On all four days lunch service runs from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. with dinner service starting promptly after that, at 3 p.m. The regular Fish House menu are also available these four days.
Lunch: Pan-seared Gulf fresh catch cooked in a sauce of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and white wine served over couscous and topped with feta cheese, fresh dill and parsley.
